  • We offer bespoke therapy meeting you precisely where you're at. We strive to understand your personal experiences through a compassionate, trauma-informed and systemic lens to find a pathway forward. Leading to lasting change and a greater sense of purpose and clarity in life.

    We work together on common issues such as anxiety, academic and career stress, depression, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem, body image, and relationship issues to include sibling and parental conflict. We understand that life can be overwhelming, and so we work towards understanding your story so there is space for healing, forgiveness, and light to move forward.

    Therapeutic techniques include Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, Nuero-Emotional-Technique from a Person-Centered and systemic approach. All of which are integrated with our practice of faith and Scriptural truth.

  • We provide couples, pre-marital, and marriage counseling to help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. We integrate key elements of Pre-Cana with traditional couples counseling to work through any challenges and to build a strong foundation to grow together as one.

  • Our family therapy sessions are designed to help families improve their relationships, resolve conflicts, and create a healthier and happier family dynamic from a spiritual perspective. We understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy, happy, and loving family in these modern times, and so we work together to identify any areas of improvement to creating a safe and supportive environment for all.

  • We offer Catholic-based spiritual counseling for those struggling with their faith, sin, and long-term effects of religious trauma through integrating Scriptural knowledge and a Christ-centered perspective with psychology. All too often individuals suffer from those who misinterpret Biblical Truths to manipulate, shame, and control others. We at The Spiritual MFT are dedicated to re-setting the foundation for what our practice and understanding of the faith is so that we may repair the broken relationship so many Christians experience today.

  • We work with high-performance students to best manage their time, energy, and plans for the future ensuring an optimal path forward during their most formative years. We specialize in students struggling with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, self esteem, imposter syndrome, and indecision on career goals. We work with students from The University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Villanova, Saint Joseph's, and Temple University. We assist in Disability Accommodations, general accountability, and course registration to best support the client's individual needs.

  • We can assist in identifying what you want out of life, what your natural spiritual gifts are, and where you see yourself going. We identify roadblocks that are preventing you from taking your next step forward in whatever direction that may be. This can include issues of time-management, procrastination, and uncertainty for the future. We provide career interest assessments and interviews to determine a path of fulfillment and success based on your individual needs.
